Necessary

Required for the site to work. They are always on.

• __Secure-fairsim-refresh: keeps you signed in securely after Google or Apple sign-in, up to 30 days.
• __Secure-fairsim-google-login, __Secure-fairsim-apple-login and __Secure-fairsim-pending-login-…: protect your Google or Apple sign-in while it completes; deleted after sign-in, at most 10 minutes.
• Purchase recovery (browser session storage): lets you return to a purchase after refreshing the page and prevents paying twice. It is cleared when you close the tab.
• fairsim-consent (browser local storage): remembers your cookie choices for 6 months.
• Stripe (checkout only): Stripe sets its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
• Google and Apple (sign-in only): their sign-in pages set their own cookies.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Amplitude (Amplitude, Inc., USA) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, searches, plan and checkout steps, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address and the campaign link you followed. A random identifier is kept in your browser's storage (AMP_…) until your choice expires after 6 months or you change it. When you sign in, these events are linked to your FairSIM account. We also keep the first page you visited, the campaign link you followed and the site that referred you (fairsim-first-touch); when you buy, we add them to the payment record held by our payment provider Stripe, to know which campaigns lead to purchases. Nothing is collected if you reject.

Marketing

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to relevant people: pages and plans viewed, checkout started and purchases (product and amount), with your browser, device and IP address. The Pixel sets the _fbp cookie and, when you arrive from a Meta ad, _fbc, for up to 90 days. When you buy, our server also sends the purchase to Meta with these cookies, your browser and device details, the page address and your email address in hashed form. Nothing is sent to Meta if you reject. With the same consent, App Store links from this site go through AppsFlyer (AppsFlyer Ltd.), our app attribution provider, with the page you landed on and the source of your visit (for example an AI assistant), so we can measure which pages lead to app installs.

Embedded video

The setup video on How it works and Help is hosted by YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; YouTube may then store data on your device under its own policy.

Managing cookies

Necessary cookies cannot be switched off on this website. You can delete site data in your browser settings; this signs you out and can interrupt a purchase in progress. Questions: support@fairsim.app. You can change your choices at any time with the button below.
